Judge George Patrick Smith reserved sentencing for the leaders of Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug (KI) First Nation in northwestern Ontario on Friday, January 25, 2008, in Thunder Bay. A packed courtroom heard seven hours of testimony - much of it a brutal cross examination of Chief Donny Morris, carried out by the Platinex lawyer.
